It’s like putting a little cheese on the broccoli so people can eat their vegetables and get that good nourishment. Nourish their mind, nourish their soul.”

They just learned to respect my dream and then it turned into them helping me with my dream and believing in me more than I believe in myself. So it's been a beautiful struggle to say the least.

I'm giving the people what they want, and that's me. It's authentic to me, everything that I've come up with is from me.

I want to make sure that food creators and food businesses truly have a home and I want to break down cultural barriers.

What fills your soul, what motivates you to be you, and what gives you confidence just to be yourself in life, are the things that I see doing in my life.

Purpose means that you are doing something with the north star in mind.

It’s really fulfilling to work with creative people in different ways and to figure out what’s the best way to showcase their voice and their creativity.

You really have to have connection to what you are doing everyday in this world.

You are the creation, the orchestration of the entire universe.

Medicine is not necessarily what I feel. Medicine is what I do, and music is what I am.

Channel that vulnerability to pour your heart out on the stage.
